Lovely owners who were very welcoming. Right in the middle of town and almost next door The Prince of Wales pub. Very good breakfast. Lovely room and nice comfy bed. Highly recommended.

Perfect last minute stay , extremely clean , great hosts , couldn’t of asked for a nicer breakfast . Coffee machine in room . Great shower , genuinely well thought of b&b , highly recommend and would love to stay again . Enjoyed the prison museum and lynford gorge nearby

We stayed for three nights. Breakfast was excellent and piping hot. The owners were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay perfect.

Beautiful property, located within Dartmoor.

The property was fair and they did have a good breakfast. But that the town who is lacking in dining and other amenities it's a very small town. One would be better to stay in Princetown.

The proprietor even let me in early after my fifteen mile walk

Very pleasant one-night stay in Dartmoor. Lovely hosts. Major kitchen renovation was underway, so breakfast wasn't available during our stay. Several good options for meals right down the street. Room was very comfortable. Easy access to hiking trails right from town.

Warm welcome on arrival. Room was very clean, warm and spacious. Plenty of parking at rear. Had a great nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. The electric shower was amazing - as good as a power shower !! Warm greeting in the morning and a wonderful breakfast. Great sausages!! Highly recommend.

The village is lovely, with lots of history! There was plenty of on-site information for things to do. The room was clean and very cosy. Breakfast was amazing, with all the produce sauced locally, with all the information on the menu. Hosts were lovely. I would highly recommend.
