Always helpful staff, but watch out for the parking company who take forever to cancel their over active parking fines! Especially when booked into the hotel and provided evidence. It took them nearly a month to cancel their fine and because of this my car hire company charged me £50 admin fee for the parking fine!

Ample parking, hot breakfast

Me and my partner stayed in the suite for the night and were very pleased. The only thing we were asking was, if there was any cold beverages in the room for example if there would be some cold drinks such as cold water provided or cold refreshing fizzy drinks. Other than that we were very pleased with the condition and how cozy the stay was

Breakfast is Cooke to order however if you have a dog they are not allowed in the restaurant and you are sent to a windowless room near the bar. Food on Friday night well it’s from a freezer burgers were like rubber and the oven chips yes oven chips were tasteless, The fish was horrendous frozen fish the fish inside the batter was a grey mush. No excuses if you have a chef or tell guests it’s from the freezer and tasteless. This is budget hotel the emphasis is on budget. Like going back into the 70s. Rooms small, smells of weed in corridors lots of people in flip flops collecting food from umber deliveries and similar. The plus side next to the RE museum, the park and finally the staff they were so friendly and tried to help. But that does not make up for the worn out rooms and public areas. Look likes it waiting to be demolished and houses built on the site. Anyone would think the owners could be property developers awaiting the green light. Not returning.

Breakfast and property/room is just good enough to what you paid for (£49-1 night for a double room 2A). Also included parking.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting my mum in hospital. The location was good. From the outside, the hotel looks run down, and the car park to. Once inside its a lot better, clean, looked after and very friendly and helpful staff. The bedroom we had was a good size, a comfy bed though the pillows were a bit firm for me. The ensuite was big with a very good shower. The rooms are dated and could do with updating. The breakfast was lovely with good choices on the menu and it was free. Free parking as well which is a bonus. I would stay again if the need arises.

Yes..clean room... helpful barman who carried my drinks to my room. I couldn't use the shower though as i wasn't in an accessible room Breakfast was superb.

The room was a good size . beds were clean only problem was chewing gum stain on carpet room 104 can be removed with.chewing gum remover. Breakfast was very good .The staff were brilliant. Didn’t have to pay for car parking if registered or you get a fine come through the post Lovely hotel. Would recommend for car park if staying there

Very friendly staff and comfortable room although decor was a little outdated. Car park could do with some surface repair on first entry. Typical pub food for evening meals.

The room was neat and tidy. This place is just ok if you want a basic budget hotel. Faily dated venue. On the poitive side I was allowed to late checkout for free and check in a lttle early as well. WHAT I HATED IS BEING CALLED 15 MIN BEFORE 11am to notify me checkout is due in 15 min. I use hotels a lot but never expereinced this WHICH I FOUND QUITE ANNOYING AND VERY UNWELCOMING. After the time was extended, i was called AGAIN 15 minutes before due time to alert me checkout was due!!! You are literally being sacked from the hotel. BUT PLEASE DONT CALL CUSTOMERS BEFORE THEIR BOOKING ENDS TO ALERT THEM CHECKOUT IS IN 15 MIN.
