Okay hotel, bit dated, Breakfats was nice

Beautiful hotel and restaurant. Food was amazing and huge portions. Room was clean and comfortable. Our only small complaint would be there was no aircon and unfortunately for us we stayed on one of the hottest weekends of the year.

only a one night stop over. Staff were great, room was good, more spacious than expected. Breakfast was good and plenty of it. Would visit again if in the area.

Nice room, basic but very clean and newly furbished, shower great and pub attached nice with good food and lovely atmosphere

Basic comfortable room for overnight stay. No fridge or hairdryer. Noisy traffic early mornings. Lots of parking with EV charging.

2nd time staying here for work purposes will be using regularly as had a great experience again Don’t hesitate if thinking of booking here

Very clean room. Restaurant was very good and plenty of beer choices. I slept like a baby.

As always, the staff were top line and the stay was pleasant.

Good property, pub and cafe in ground floor. So don’t have to go far for drink and food.

The staff really are top notch here, mostly youngsters and they are great with customers. Breakfast was delicious and great value as is the food in the bar. Our only complaint would be squeaky floorboards above room 16. As there weren't that many in the hotel i can't understand why anyone was there

As a beer drinker as opposed to lager it was refreshing to have a choice of two good, local brews! Negative was no tomato juice at the bar.

Very clean, modern and comfortable bed. Great to have restaurant on site. Easy parking. Friendly reception. It’s a little out of centre city Barnsley, so you’d need a car, but as we had one this wasn’t an isse

Great check in, Room was spacious. Bed was comfy and nice shower. Food in the bar wasnt the chespest but quality and quantity was great.
