Well presented quality room, would cost several times the price in the UK, quiet, good internet, small selection of tea and coffee in the room. Downside is the bathroom which although well upholstered didn't divide the shower from the rest so the whole floor got wet. Aircon effective but blows at the bed. Less than a 5 minute walk to / from the subway. 5 mins walk to the nearest cathedral, multiple additional sites within 15 minutes.

Great wee hotel in the heart of Sofia. Only 5 minutes walk from the metro. Friendly staff and excellent room. Lots to do and see in the immediate area. A fantastic place to stay for a Sofi adventure

Great location for city sights. Comfortable rooms. Well appointed with necessary equipment for comfortable stay - kettle toiletries …Quite noisy though as on main road. Noisy plumbing too.

Room was very clean and had a nice smell. Very basic but everything we needed for a single night. Shower did get the whole bathroom wet, and there was no milk / had to pay extra for more coffee or tea bags. Overall it was a pleasant stay, and they kept our suitcases during the day free of charge. We should stay here again.

Very quiet, large room, clean and lovely comfortable large bed. Perfect location with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Hotel is horrible and their management is horrible. All streets arround hotel al working on and are blocked. No parking.

Short walking distance (5 minutes) to the delicious Happy Restaurant on the street corner. 3 more minutes walk to the promenade and many restaurants and the place to be in downtown Sofia. Nice, modern, upscale hotel. Excellent service at the desk. Luggage storage in case you need a bit more time after check out like we did to continue our exploring on the last day.

This is my second time staying at B1, but this time I stayed longer and worked during my stay. I've had several hotel experiences in Sofia with bad Internet but this wasn't the case here, which I was happy about. I was able to work and have Zoom meetings with no issue. My room was on the 6th floor and I liked the view as well as the quiet. The hotel is new and looks it. The room is minimalist, which worked for me. The only minor thing I'd recommend they do differently is that there's no need for that many snacks, both in the mini fridge and on the counter. Because there's limited space to store my clothes, I'd rather have the space on the counter for that. Not a big issue, though, and I was thrilled with my stay. Will come back for sure!

Unique location. Helpful staff and really small beds.

Excellent. Clean, good location.

The hotel is new so the room was clean and modern. There were a few issues. First is that you can hear the nearby noise from bars until 2 am (not a big deal for us but something to note if it will bother you). Second, there were 2 pillows on the bed and 2 of us so I asked for another pillow and they said no because they were too busy. Third, my husband left one of his packing cubes in the room (his fault obviously) and we reached out to the hotel to ask if we could pay to have it shipped to us. They initially said yes, but then ghosted us even after we followed up.

Second Floor rooms are very hot with air conditioning not working: was very noisy when windows was slightly open. Nice rooms and clean excellent location
