Apt was beautiful and clean. My only complaint is that the lift didn't wrk and I have a stroller with a very heavy baby. About 12 steps up then you got on an elevator. Not good for wheelchair bound ppl. Staff and self ck in was great.

This stay was extremely disappointing. I paid for and booked a one bedroom apartment and even paid for an early check in but upon arrival found that we were in an accessible unit with a bathroom that the shower did not drain properly. We were put into a small studio but not compensated for a substantial cost difference. Additionally, we were told we would have breakfast; but no breakfast was provided and again no refund. Also, on the first night at around 10pm the emergency alarms went off and were very loud for more than an hour. We also did not have shower soap in our new room. The front office told us someone would review for compensation or partial refund but the small refund didn’t even cover the cost of early check in. It is also worth noting that the WiFi is intermittent and not reliable. Very disappointed by this stay and especially by the terrible customer service and lack of support. They claim breakfast and 24/7 support but these are both false. They also overcharged me on my stay. I would avoid this hotel as they do not follow through and what they promise is offered in the cost.

Parking is literally around the corner, about half block away or so.

No parking at property, but public parking garage is around the corner, 110 meters roughly or half block. Reasonably priced for long hours or overnight.

Everything great

The property was extremely clean and in a fantastic location. The unit could use a few amenities such as a cork screw, salt, pepper and oil.

Amazing Amazing hotel. The hotel overlooks the main square in Cordoba. You could just sit and stare outside the window all day and appreciate the Square if you had the time. The Apartment was great - Kitchen was good. Washer was good too - it did dry the clothes well. Secure place. Great Bathroom, showers, lighting in apartment. All was great. Great communication with host. Supermarket down the street one minute away. Taxi stand one minute away as well. Definitely will stay again.

Very easy virtual check in, great location, room was exactly as described. There were also some fun amenities like a welcome bag with coffee pods and ear plugs.

Clean, well built, enough space

Very good location, well maintained, well equipped with combination washer/dryer, a definite need on a 2 week trip. Good cooking facilities and supermarket nearby. Host also helped store excess luggage that did not fit in the lockers.

It was a self check in apartment style hotel. We got the digital key by email on the day we arrived at the city. The hotel is steps away from Granada’s central square. Room is clean and big. Even though there were no staff onsite, we still

great place and perfectly located with a nice view. everything was near by and walking distance. the place itself was very clean and neat and the customer service was easy to reach on whatsapp and responded promptly. would recommend this place to anyone

Excellent accommodations, very responsive staff, clean and beautiful room with great location. On a main square, so a little night noise as anticipated. Full kitchen, dining area.
