Very clean room and great for walkers.

It was a clean and budget friendly hotel, it had no aircon or fans so it was unbearable to sleep at night in hot weather. Had everything I needed but couldn’t wait to get out the room.

Nice enough, conveniently located and definitely value for money. Room was clean and tidy and shower was nice and hot, just what was needed for a one night stay. Just a couple of things that weren’t quite 5/5 but no real complaints.

Accommodation was good. Very clean and spacious the only downside was the lighting in the room was very poor. For some reason we were placed in a disabled room so everything was very low. As we were only staying one night we did not ask to be moved. The sink in the bathroom had no plug and was very lowdown we are tall people so it made washing a bit difficult. There was no light near the mirror so was very difficult to blow my hair or put makeup on as the lighting was very dim. The room was quite dark Bed was very comfy and the room was very warm. Continental breakfast was good. Parking was great. Would use hotel again only hope they sort the lighting out. We were one of a group of six and we all said the rooms were dark and lights very dim.

The bathroom was not the cleanest as when facing my face I found small hair shavings that were being washed from around the sink into the plug hole.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were clean and tidy. Beautifully decorated and presented. Will be returning. Great for dogs as they have a dog/boot wash as well.

The water machine was broken, no TV remote, heating remote didn't work and it was like a sauna so had to turn it off completely, kids running around screaming down the corridors until 1am.

Parking easy, staff in the pub lovely however there’s no hotel staff it’s an iPad to check in on. Stain on top of the bedsheet and TV was not that “smart” as the WiFi didn’t seem to be working for other guests (my tv would just not connect to Netflix and struggled to turn off unless I went to the wall. Really comfy and looked lovely, minor issues mentioned.

All those points, didnt like the auto check in, it didnt work properly.

We didn't have breakfast as joined my family who live local ,rooms clean bed very comfortable ,lack of a wardrobe !! only wall hooks and no drawer space , very good parking
