Noticed a lot people working at the front desk but we had already done the digital checked in, still system only saved one guest instead of two. Room was nice and clean everything in the room was great. Breakfast was visually appealing but most of the items were cold, lots of coffee machines but the brewing was not pleasant and not hot enough. Shuttle ride was on point

Perfect airport hotel. Shuttle to airport, food was great, room very comfortable and clean, coffee available in morning and the staff were very helpful. We had a great overnight stay!

Great hotel if you don’t need to be in the city. Very quiet and peaceful. Close to the airport and parks. A good selection of nearby restaurants to choose from.

If you are transiting through Madrid airport, this is the perfect hotel. The shuttle (to and from T4) is prompt and quick. Hotel itself is brand new with modern facilities. The rooftop bar and pool is an added plus, with lovely sunrise and sunset views. It's walking distance to some highly rated restaurants in Valdebebas (an up and coming industrial and residential neighborhood). Grocery store's across the street. I walked along the esplanade right outside and enjoyed the Monk parakeets and Eurasian magpies. Hotel offered breakfast and they have a couple of bars/restaurants though I didn't eat there.

really nice, clean, spacious rooms, a great shower, and a few nice little touches like the free drinks in the fridge. One thing that I found quite confusing was the way the light switches worked and took a day or two to figure out I went for the breakfast buffet, and it was probably the nicest one I’ve ever had.

Staff is great and shuttle service is a big help. Just wish the pool was open more hours (only open from 11am to 8pm).

Excellent healthy breakfast with many options, beautiful restaurant area and patio decorated with lots of greenery. Comfortable room, AC, close to terminal 4 of the airport. The pool opens at 11- I wish it was available for a morning swim before my flight.

The staff provided good service and very informational. Room is spacious and clean. It is very convenient they offer free shuttle to Madrid airport.
