Optimo hotel cerca del terminal 4 Barajas...tiene la busta que sale desde la 5 am hasta el terminal 4 ..muy cómodo todo. 100 % ok

We chose this Hotel for our last night in Madrid because of its convenient location near the Barajas Airport, and the recognizable brand name (Melia). The check in process was smooth, the staff friendly and very helpful. The room was super nice, impeccable clean and comfortable. Amenities were great, particularly the terrace with a great view and swimming pool. The shuttle service was reliable, on time and made getting to the terminal quick and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived almost at midnight as our flight was delayed. You were able to do the check-in via internet or in person. Because I was not able to do it in advance, I did it when I arrived. Staff was very friendly and cooperative.

Room was perfect! Super clean and beautifully decorated. Rooftop is top and food was excellent. Delicious breakfast buffet, shuttle included and nearby the Barajas airport

Beautiful place , staff was amazing and food delicious .

The place was perfect for my wife, 5 year old and 2 year old and I for a one night stay. The townhouse felt like home, spacious and comfortable. Staff and food was great, more of an American hotel then others I’ve stayed at in Spain. Only gripe was that the shuttle only picks up and drops off at terminal 4, this wasn’t communicated nor does it match the service level the hotel offers overall. We stayed as we had an early flight, I would stay here again.

Super clean and new hotel across the airport. Staff was very helpful. Also had one of the best gyms we've ever seen in a hotel (separate cycling room, outdoor CrossFit area, etc.). Beautiful rooftop bar and pool which we unfortunately did not have time to enjoy. Cab/Uber/Bolt ride into downtown was about 25 min. Highly recommended if you are staying close to the airport.

I had a wonderful one day stay at this property. The staff was super nice and helpful. They talked to me in English and in Spanish. The room was super clean, the rooftop was beautiful, very clean space. Near the airport so I didn’t have to worry about missing my flight. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

We stayed here for the bad bunny concert and it was less than 15 minutes to get to the arena , super convenient ! Has a wonderful restaurant with great food and a beautiful bar and rooftop. As well as pretty spacious rooms !

Clean hotel with great WiFi! It’s about a $30-ish Euro ride to Madrid Center. Quiet neighborhood, great restaurants. Family friendly, work friendly, great staff

Great place near the airport, shuttle excellent. Many good restaurants nearby and a close bus stop. Beds great, very spacious rooms, very clean. Love the stay.
