Excellent location, beautiful property, and affordable. Would like to come back but management communication tools must be used more effectively. Poor communication with reception caused duress and stress during our travel delay, as there was no way to determine if they could hold our room if we checked in late or a day later. I contacted them four times through the Expedia app weeks and days before arriving, and they did not respond at all. Three phone calls to reception went unreturned, and no available way to leave a voicemail. Poor communication again on last day. We spoke with desk staff (in person) and arranged for late checkout. However the next day the staff had no idea we had arranged for late check out. We were bombarded with text messages and Housekeeper knocking on the door to get in before our arranged checkout time. It was a very upsetting ending to a nice stay. They interrupted us by knocking on the door as we were trying to get dressed, and finalize packing. It caused us a lot of unnecessary stress.

Very well located. Walking distance to anything. Surrounded by city Center, restaurants, stores, Roman theatre and everything else. You dont need a car. Very new and clean. Spacious.

Everything was great, as far as facilities go. Perfect location for old town, port, restaurants, bars, etc. Very enjoyable experience. Cartagen̈a is great. To check in, however, there's a small, sliding-glass door to the office, to the right of the actual apartments where you have to check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you're driving, it takes a bit of work. I parked nearly directly in front of the apartment into a "yellow" parking zone. The staff will give you a discounted parking card that will let you in and out of the garage whenever you want by pressing it onto the gate's scanner. It's technically illegal to park out in front, but if you hurry, my experience with Spanish police is they're very forgiving as long as your flashers are on, someone else is in the car, and you're there checking in. Look on Google maps or earth to get a feel of the street. The garage is next to the building where the apartment is located. Get to Cala Cortina beach by 11am or so to get a parking spot: restaurant, toilets, beautiful setting. Small, round pebbles, no sand, which keeps your body and stuff clean. Enjoy.

My wife & I were very impressed with this property, ideally located, plenty large enough for 4 adults or a family, comfortable beds & accommodation, excellent facilities all round. Car park was next door albeit very tight.

The place was very well cleaned. It was spacious and very well distributed. It was very complete in equipment. Great view and great location. Parking just a few meters away and plenty of space to leave the car, very easy. I would stay here again.

Clean, nice and nice staff

Washer was NOT a dryer as listed and it smelled bad and was not clean. Very spacious property and really was most frustrated by lack of contact for checking in. They indicated they would walk down to deliver keys but we waited outside for nearly a half hour and no one responded to texts or Expedia contact messages, despite them saying that was how they would meet us. As it turns out, we could have just walked into the real estate property office located just a few doors down if they could have just provided those instructions to begin with.

A very good stay ideally situated in the city. Eady to get to. With good parking at a reasonable price

Very nice flat with two bedrooms and two baths, just near the old town and with nice view over the Arsenal. Easy to reach and park in the nearby parking garage. We would love to come back with our friends, if you allow pets!
