Amazing Friendy and helpful staff

Breakfast was okay except the coffee which wasn’t great.

Beautiful location, easy and quick access to the airport. Staff were very helpful upon check-in when we needed assistance in reserving a taxi for the morning.

Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and right on the ocean. Great place to stay.

Internet was fast. Business facilities not needed.

Room in the Cannery was clean and spacious. Lovely balcony with partial view. Although nothing the hotel can do about it but it is directly under the Victoria Airport flight path so planes flying over at 5 am were annoying. Breakfast was disappointing.

The breakfasts were very limited. We only ate one time. Only two tables to sit at. A small room and not too inviting. Going offsite at a local cafe was a better option. Staff was friendly and accommodations were comfortable.

Incredible! Such professional staff. Lovely place to stay. This is my second time and will rebook each time I visit. I was not able to cast my device to the TV, but not really an inconvenience. More of a luxury LOL. Thank you again for another great experience!

This is a good place to stay in Sidney as there are easy walks to the shops and along the waterfront.

The room had a beautiful view of the ocean. Lots of great suggestions for meals. The staff took the time to give us directions.

We very much appreciated being able to have our 100 lb dog vacation with us. We loved the little patio, the quiet beach behind the hotel, the sound of the ocean outside our room, and the seaside walking path. Throughout our stay, all of the staff we met at the Inn were very friendly and attentive. Free breakfast was a nice perk.
