Most of the staff were nice, not all. Then everything was fine.

Great hotel, excellent rooms and locations if one wants to be in town center. Breakfast is ok. One big negative, they refuse to store luggages.

The hotel rooms are relatively new and comfortable, the breakfast is good and the location is ace. The only down for us was getting to the hotel and finding out they did not offer to keep luggage in the location. So, we had to wait a couple of hours with our luggage for the check-in time. If you are coming from an international flight consider messaging the hotel and pay the extra for an early check-in.

No way to store luggage if arriving prior to check-in or leaving after check-out - one of few hotels with no such availability. Only one key per room allowed. reception is staffed around the clock, but staff is often indifferent. A comfortable bed and quality linens and pillows, as cited in other reviews, a primary reason for choosing this hotel. There was good daily cleaning The room was basically two beds and two small night stands in a small space - a very small closet with just three hangers, no desk or chair - nowhere for a laptop computer or anything else. Bathroom badly designed – door does not open and close easily without ramming oneself. There is no clothes line in the bathroom. Showers have sporadic lukewarm and tepid water, never hot – no way to keep water in the shower, so it gathers on the bathroom floor. No shower soap after asking twice – toiletries not of good quality, I recommend bringing your own. Bathroom had no tissues, no wash cloths, and bad lighting. The small round mirror was the only one in the room. Breakfast was horrendous – an assortment of dry stale pastries, eggs, hotdogs, two corn cereals, orange drink. Hardly anything edible. The hotel is centric and convenient for exploring the historic center and some major museums, as well as the two big Cerros. It's a busy street with lots of busses, though noise was not really an issue. The neighborhood is very dirty with trash and garbage everywhere, and many blocks have an acrid odor of urine.

Room clean, nice staff at front desk, helped arrange taxi to airport, and tours. But breakfast was simple. They did not have luggage hold so we had to pay extra to get into our room even though it was ready! Also day we left we had to pay extra for our bags on a tour before going to airport since a late departure! The luggage fees and extra room fee made up for a lower priced hotel. Next time I will verify these things I’ve always took for granted in the past. That really added up!!!

I loved the modern boutique style of the hotel, loved the breakfast and Flor is amazing guest ambassador of the hotel. The room comfortable, the location of the hotel is strategic to most historic attractions and Barrio Larrastegui, - worth staying and choosing as your next stay. At night the location is the opposite of the day transit quiet/noisy. A downer is they don't have a storage to hold your suitcases as many hotels but I was refereed to a nearby hotel at a reasonable rate price.

Great location. Efficient service. Note: there's no coffee machine in the room and the included breakfast starts at 7:00 ( 7:30 on Sundays). As most trips outside Santiago start before 7:00, you'll probably miss it. This is, obviously, not the hotel fault, but it's something to keep in mind if you can't function in the morning unless properly caffeinated.

Foods for breakfast are neither tasty nor fresh. The bathroom is too tight. It doesn't suit the categories of a hotel. more like a motel.

The negatives: The breakfast was awful — everything tasted cheap, processed, and bland. The servers put out the bare minimum, so after just a couple of guests the food trays were already empty. The area around the hotel is terrible; the staff themselves advised us not to go out after dark. There are drug users and homeless people openly urinating in the street. The hotel also has an absurd policy that does not allow guests in your room. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and have never encountered such a restriction. It’s ridiculous — if I’m paying for the room, I should be free to decide who enters it. To make things worse, most of the staff were rude and unhelpful. We honestly couldn’t wait to leave. Do yourself a favour: avoid this hotel and this area altogether.
