Great Spa, great staff, great interior design.

Great facility, staff could do better in terms of service mind, room was perfect and clean.

We had a very disappointing stay. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly—it didn’t cool the room at all but kept making a loud, disturbing noise throughout the night. It made it nearly impossible to sleep. This issue seriously affected our experience, and we hope the hotel addresses this problem for future guests

Hotel is situated in a beautiful location and is aesthetically pleasing. We liked the spa and the restaurant on level 4 which was quiet and child free. Service was ok. Staff are still learning on the job so they do not meet 5* hospitality. Overall, nice hotel but needs improving for service.
