The staff was the best part, very friendly and accommodating to what you wanted. They were always willing to get extra hot water if requested. However, the hotel should supply amenities in the room like toothbrush and toothpaste, little shampoo and conditioner. The internet was definitely not adequate in the room, but was quite stable in the lounge. It should be improved. I would recommend Brimak Hotel to friends.
