Slight issues with checking in but was resolved easily. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The view was very nice and lots of walkable store and restaurants.

There was an awful smell always in the elevator and by pool even in entrance of foyer, like sewer terrible and annoying unpleasant????? Smell

Love the ambience, the friendly staff and the location, superb views of d bay, d city n Okada. Our room was very spacious with amenities, Love d bed n d beddings too.❤️

Booked it mainly because it was pet friendly. I Would probably stay at a different location next time as I prefer walking distance to restaurants/shops

It was Ok all the way to the time I put my shoes on to leave. I had to fight off all coaches Roaches. Only to find that a few live in USA

Need to provide wash cloths (Filipinos call the face cloths)

I love the view and the location. My room was on the 22nd floor, I can see Manila bay and Okada next door. The room was spacious and the bed, pillows and linens were so comfortable. I was able to rest well. The staff were kind and helpful especially Che at the front desk. I like that 7 eleven is at the Ground floor of the building which was very convenient for me.

Staff wasn't the friendliest. Room wasnt as clean as they make it seem. And to top if off they said if i dirty any little thing i would be charged extra. Like did they want me to mop and deep clean before i leave the room? Restrrom wasnt the cleanest, neither was the shower or sinks.

The water pressure is awesome considering we are on 27th floor. Pet fee is excellent! Staffs are friendly, and attentive, size of the room is great...clean room and location is a Plus! Definitely coming back!

It was great stay. They provide toiletries. And they do cleaning. The reason I only gave them 4 ratings was because at the time we we're checking out, I was charged php 300 because of my wife lipstick stain on the pillow case. It make me upset.

The hotel felt very safe it was out of the way but still close to local spots. There were security gates to even get to the hotel area so an extra layer of security. The hotel seemed to have everything. There was a store inside, hair salon, massage parlor, restaurant, pool gym and more. Lots of staff and security on site.

Place is very good and clean BUT there is a smell coming from the bathroom that goes on and off. Not the worst thing ever, but worth noting. Still a 5 star from me, friendly staff and they clean the room quick if you request. I would stay again

Room very clean, staff was amazing so i had to re book, i tool the Studio Room this time and it did not disappoint, the free shuttle service was very convenient and the laundry services was amazing, the gym is well equipped and the pool was nice.

Check-in was quick and basic toiletries are provided. It can be better if they add robes.

Staff at front desk was willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to help me.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room had amenities I like such as a kitchen, mini-fridge, microwave, table, and a good view. On the negative side, the room did not have a safe and the room was not attractive, with wear and tear showing and was not as clean as I like. The bathroom had an odd design, including a separate shower room with a room-type door, so it felt like going into a closet to shower. The hotel has a small convenience store, cafe, spa and gym. The gym was a disappointment, as it had very limited exercise equipment and most had broken or poorly working parts.
