I wouldn't stay here we couldn't sleep there is a welding shop next door they start working pretty early in the morning with loud music and it was a sunday. I had to went to the receptionist twice because they dont put shower mats and get all wet after you shower , they didn't have hot water either I have to ask for a blanket because they have only bed sheets .

Great location, easy access to walk around. Calm atmosphere, lovely plants and pool for cooling off. Kitchen area was helpful and nice to have the fridge access for storing some food. Great staff We loved it,

Cleanest room throughout my whole stay in Mexico, the best staff, pool was beautiful.

The pool was beautiful. It was a little far from the tourist area. Oxxo across the street. Did not clean rooms daily. Had to ask for more toilet paper

Buena opción en Valladolid en cuanto a precio, si necesitas auto para moverte está cerca pero no como para irte caminando a los lugares turísticos

Buen lugar para descansar

Muy pulcro, tooooodo. Personal muy atentos, la alberca muy bien. Libertad total en el espacio de cocina para preparar o calentar alimentos. Precio superaccesible, todo bonito y de muy buen gusto.

No porqué no tiene calefacción está muy fría como opinión eso nadamas porque aveces descojemos con la alberca y es feo no poderse meter todo lo demás excelente

En general bien, lo único no agradable fue el cobro de comisión por pago con tarjeta
