THE best hotel I’ve stayed in for some time! It felt like I was in a cozy European hotel. Every staff member I encountered was so friendly and helpful. The decor and vibe are inviting and visually appealing, especially in the lobby as you enter and in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and overall the property was super clean. And while you are there, I would suggest dinning or just having a drink at the restaurant. Like the rest of the hotel, the staff was great, the decor is beautiful, with delicious food in o top things off. We also took the time to walk around Newmarket’s Main Street filled with great little shops. An unexpected little gem of a town.

Wow! This is Newmarket, right? We stayed there for Valentine's. Welcoming from the second we entered the lobby. Professional, friendly staff and a lobby bar that felt like we were transported back to the 50s. Exceptional service at every interaction. Even the guy mopping the floor greeted me and warned of the wet floor. Our room was wonderfully appointed. We had breakfast at the Overlea. A nice view overlooking downtown Newmarket. And great food. We both had variations of Eggs Benedict. Its the little things that make the difference. Like the handwritten note in the room upon arrival. Thank you Postmark staff.

Registration was a breeze and staff were friendly. Eclectic hotel with lots of character. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Only negative was the tv service was streaming and not regular tv. Stayed during the Olympics. No biggie.

Nice room, beautiful hotel. Lounge and Resto are bvery nice. Room was too cold, even with the heater. TV very difficult to work. No standard stations like TSN or Sportsnet.

Heat wad a thermostat that was impossible to figure out. An electric heater was included with the room but when we tried to use it and the coffee machine we blew a breaker and half the room was out, including tv. Everything from the tv controls, lighting, heat was over complicated. No chair in room.

We have been to this hotel multiple times because it is a beautiful hotel, but at this point the feature we enjoy most is the friendly staff.

Staff are amazing. Shout out to Jessica! Who is outstanding at her job. I was well taken care by her at dinner and breakfast. She is a gem! Check in went smoothly and the clerk said she had been expecting me. She was helpful when I reported no hot water and the bathroom outlet malfunction. Was offered a room change but on account of the late hour, I declined. I did receive a meal voucher which I used for breakfast.
