We highly recommend staying here. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the whole resort had a spa like feel. The best touch was they even did turn down service which you don’t see very often these day. We had a nice little tray with tea and cookies when we came back from enjoying the outdoor hot tub. The staff at the front desk were really kind during check in and while checking out even we advised them of how thin the door was between the adjoining rooms. Not their fault that we had a baby next door and could hear things clearly through the door but they did their best and listened to our feedback. We truly loved our experience here and can’t wait to return.

Great to have an outdoor hot tub. Better signage is needed for amenities (glass doors are sliding going from pool area to outdoors ) Nice to have housekeeping staff ask if you need anything extra in the late afternoon. The place is spotless and staff are friendly and helpfull. Loved our stay.

This is an excellent hotel! The room was one of the best I have stayed in in recent memory. Spotless. Modern. Well designed. Tasteful. Housekeeping staff extremely accommodating. Pool and hot tub top drawer. I look forward to a return visit.

Amazing Resort & Restaurants

I travel a lot, and this is by far the best hotel Iv stayed in in BC. Amenities are excellent. Food also amazing

10/10 stay. The hotel feels new and clean. Amazing amenities like the hot tub, sauna. We loved velocity and even hit the golf course in the morning! Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone

Beautiful rooms and the turn down service was an unexpected surprise
