The staff are a bit hostile and always have to tell them to clean my room and sometimes they don't claiming they forget.. Overall I'll give them 4/10

Amazing place! The staff was very kind and welcoming

We loved our stay at the Coalescence Hotel! The hospitality was top-notch...in fact, I don't think we've ever been so well taken care of. Breakfasts on the veranda overlooking the banana fields were a rare delight. On our first night the shower was less than hot, but the next day it was perfect. We will definitely return here if/when we come back. Thank you, Hotel Coalescence!

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful surroundings. The rooms are nicely decorated and fully functional. Love the huge balcony with the rural views. Breakfast was delicious! And the staff were very nice, acommodating and helpful

I like the beauty of the property. What i didnt like is having to buy Alcohol from outside the property. No bar inside

My stay at COALESCENCE hotel was a nice one. The place fully met my expectations for staying there. It was cool, cozy and quiet.

They need to be more responsive to their customers

The staff was very helpful. The manager, Solange, was waiting to greet me, and the room was spotless clean, with both an indoor and outdoor Internet connection. The water was warm to take a good shower in. The morning breakfast was a highlight. Also, since I had a lot to accomplish in the city before leaving, I was given the option to check out later than usual, which was very convenient. The hotel I suggest is the coalescence.
