First time we’ve been to Salamanca. When we’re looking for property it’s about outdoor space, location, amenities including air conditioning and price. We stayed in Andito 8 a one bedroom apartment on the top floor. The private terrace is huge. The location was perfect only a 5 min walk or so from the centre. For those with restricted mobility irate worried about carrying suitcases up don’t worry. There’s a lift that takes you to your front door. There’s one aircon unit which was fine, outside temps were high 20’s plus it was very quiet. The building was quiet and the area felt very safe. Very very competitive price for what you get. We arrived by car and used the website Parkimeter to book parking at Parkia on Pl. del Campillo. Five minutes walk and cost €62 for 6 days. For those of you who use TopCashback they’re on there too. Great communication throughout. I’d certainly look to book again and I’d recommend to my friends. Enjoyed our 6 night stay and sorry to leave.

Luxury apartment with an excellent outdoor space. The terrace was large and very well furnished with tables, chairs, and sun loungers. Located on the 4th floor with a lift that takes you directly to the property. Very central — only a 5‑minute stroll to Plaza Mayor and the main sights.

Overall good stay. Fantastic location just steps from Plaza Mayor with parking right nearby. The apartment has a beautiful modern design, though the layout is a bit impractical since the center bathroom makes the kitchen walkway pretty tight. The bathroom has some drawbacks: the shower door doesn't close tightly and the pan is very shallow, so we had to shower at an angle to avoid flooding the floor. The hot water also runs out in about 5 minutes, so we had to time our showers carefully. With no towel warmer and poor ventilation, towels stayed damp overnight. There are 4 washer/dryers on the first floor.

The apartment was just a 5 min walk from the Plaza Major, with a wonderful taperia next door. The apartment was compact, but everything seemed new and communication was really quick. We'd definately recommend it

I stayed here for two nights to visit my brother in Salamanca. I was nervous at first to stay at apart hotel, but this experience was excellent. First, their communication was timely and helpful. I arrived around 11am and they let me check in early. The check in process was seamless and easy to understand. The room itself had everything I needed, including effective air conditioning and a washer and dryer outside the room. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location to visit the old town. A bit noisy at night.
