When I arrived at the property, the property managers overbooked the hostel (I was never given an official reason but the attendant said they could not find my reservation number at check-in) and I was forced to go to another hostel further away and with worse amenities. Before I was moved, I was also forced to pay a fee (they didn't tell me what it was for after I asked) that was more than double of the amount Expedia said I would be paying at check-in. With this in mind, I can not recommend this hostel.

It was a simple and nice night in Temuco. Nice place with a comfortable bed and nice staff.
