Breakfast was great every morning. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Very good location. Grocery store next building over. Main strip of town a block and a half away. Most area attractions within walking distance. A variety of restaurants to choose from. Just bring cash. The tours and gift shops take a card but restaurants do not.

Excellent attention, the rooms are a little small but very clean near to the port and airport. Manager Fabian is kind and helpful. All personnel attentive. I recommend this hotel affordable and secure

The place was dirty, old. Dust. Even old food from a few days at a small old fridge. I left with my family inmediatly to an apartment. I dont recommend not for a second to go here!!! This was my only bad experience in Galapagos.

The rooms are outdated and with little comforts (for example, two bedside tables but only one lamp, very small bathroom with nowhere to place a wash bag). It’s also not the cleanest: there were spider nets full of dead insects, the shower curtain had mould, there were small ants everywhere. But the staff is friendly and helpful; the cooked breakfast is good (with some egg dishes and local cuisine options). It’s also a 10-min easy walk to the airport so no need for taxi. The sound isolation is poor but we found this to be an issue everywhere. At least this place is in a quiet part of town so the noises will be only from guests, not from the road.

Packed breakfast to be provided if leaving hotel earlier than posted breakfast time. Miscommunication or rather lack of communication regarding breakfast being put in room fridge the previous evening. Nobody conveyed this information.

Very kind and helpful staffs. Free rental snorkel. Staff helped find my boat to Santa Cruz by calling operators. Also let me take a shower after checkout. Very nice people. Room is clean enough with minimum amenity.

Fabián es súper agradable, nos dejó ducharnos antes de volver a España cuando ya habíamos hecho el check Out porque tenía todavía la habitación disponible y eso fue un gran detalle. El Hotel, relación calidad, precio y ubicación está fenomenal.
