The water on my floor only ran for two hours then no water for the sinks or bathroom, all night and after 9am, no water for the comman bathroom at the end of the hall. Disgusting. The air conditioner and microwave in each room? No. You get a ceiling fan, some rooms have no window and leaking roof when it rains. The grossest ever. Then I discovered I was double charged on my visa and expidia was no help getting a refund. With expidia keep an eye on you visa account. I was double charged at two hostals but the second place refunded my account the same day. With lunas castle Im on month 3,no refund
