Everything good the air condition worked well .A suggestion to have in place telephone extension in the room might be a good ides but all good .Nice hotel ,friendly staffs especially the receptionist support in checking inn and giving relevant information

Clean and quiet.

This room was much smaller than the photo they sent us indicated! It turned out they were having updates done to the hotel on the same night that we stayed there. They had not informed us ahead of time of this development so that we could book a different hotel. It was extremely noisy with all the banging & electric screwdrivers. At 9:15 p.m. I went down to inquire how much longer this would last, & was informed it would stop right away. It continued & just before 10.00 p.m. we received a message from the hotel offering us an upgrade to a quieter room at the other end of the hotel, which we instantly accepted. Not only was this more like the photo we had received, it was also quieter.

Very clean and staff was friendly . The area was close to everything we wanted to explore .

I appreciated the safe and clean parking lot, and the room was clean as well. However, the shower head had very low water pressure and could definitely use replacing. The dispensers for body wash and shampoo didn’t work at all. The bed was large but extremely hard and uncomfortable, which made it tough to get any rest. We ended up cutting our stay short. While the staff was friendly and helpful, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice, clean facility with modern amenities, including internet access. It's in the middle of Torreon, so, if you do mind journeying into the center of the city ... it's a nice place to stay.

I enjoyed my stay

We only stayed one night but this is an awesome boutique hotel in a safe downtown location. We would recommend as well, we would stay there again.

Nice small hotel. I don’t care about fancy, just clean, safe and affordable. Nice folks, friendly and accommodating. A bit off the beaten path, but as I had business in Lerdo, worked well. Neat little rustic restaurant about 2 blocks away, near the 7-11.

No habia agua caliente en todo el día, solo fue una noche que nos quedamos pero fue increíble que en todas esas horas no arreglaron nada para tener agua caliente

Expedia me hizo el cobro y no me aplicó el descuento, la calificación es para el mugrero de aplicación que tienen

Limpio agusto

Excelente opcion, un lugar muy limpio, centrico, cuenta con aire acondicionado y es tranquilo. Nos encanto que cuenta con estacionamiento y el mismo es exclusivo del hotel. El personal muy amable 😉 El tamaño el cuarto es mas pequeño que lo que se aprecia en la foto, pero eso no interfiere en la comodidad. Sin duda, volveria a hospedarme ahi.
