Great buffet breakfast. Excellent gym facilities.

This was my first trip to Calgary and I really enjoyed my stay

We drove from Blackfalds and when we checked in we were told there was no parking available at the hotel and were given a really crappy map and told to go park in one of the other parking lots. The lady at the desk was not kind and very unhelpful. We are not from the area and the map really was not great so we struggled to find the parking lots, some of which were already full. Then we had to pay $75 to park for one night! I already paid $315 for the hotel room for one night which is ludicrous in itself. Parking should be included in that absurd price and if the hotel parking lot is full then we should have been reimbursed for the $75 parking. Calgary is one of the worst cities and we will definitely not be staying here or anywhere downtown again.

Staff was very friendly and upbeat - my mom really enjoyed conversing with the breakfast staff, as she was normally there pretty early, before anyone even woke up, so enjoyed the interaction. The waffles were bomb, you need to try the berry one, ask a staff member if you get stuck, or are unsure how to make the waffle ! Was a little thrown off that there were no slippers available in room however saw a staff member carrying them in the elevator, didn't bother asking about it, as i didn't see that member until the day of checkout.

Honestly one of the better hotels I've been in, in quite a while. Very comfy beds, super clean, excellent staff, would gladly book again here!

The hotel was clean and appeared to be recently renovated, but my stay was disrupted by noise. My room was located near the elevators, and I could hear elevator traffic throughout the night. The worst part was being awakened around 3:00 a.m. by a group of people laughing and talking loudly, which made it difficult to sleep and ruined my weekend getaway. Staff were friendly and nice.

very clean room, staff was friendly, enjoyed the breakfast and the variety.About the parking very disappointed there was not parking spots available the person at the front desk told us that we could park behind the building at indigo parking lot when we had to pay $20 then you guys should drop the price since we had to pay for parking this was unacceptable very disappointed.

Beautiful new hotel! Loved the location for easy walking to shopping and dining. They had a nice breakfast too

Great hotel best value

The room was clean, spacious and looked like it was recently renovated. The gym wasn't large, but had a lot of equipment for its size. The breakfast had the usual items and we really liked how we could make fresh waffles with the waffle maker.

Hotel was clean, staff was accommodating, valet for car its very hard to find parking around town, the room looked new and very clean. Noise cancellation also was important as its in a city.

The property and the room were lovely and clean. So conveniently located in the downtown area . Very close to transit. ($4 from the airport and bus stop is just around the corner (bus#300) Didn’t have a view from my room but were hardly ever there. Breakfast is fresh and good quality for the price. I would have enjoyed healthy granola , chia or flax :) Some gluten free options would be good as well. Service was so friendly! Impressed with the texts asking about our stay to make sure all was ok. Would definitely stay there again.

Well maintained rooms, loved our stay

Loved the clean new spaces. Great breakfast and super friendly staff. Only complaint is lack of lighting and nightstand on each side of bed!
