My first time in Sembalun and I immediately stayed at HK Villas. It turned out to be the right choice. The service was very appropriate for the price paid. The villa was comfortable, the facilities were also great, and the best part was the view. The view was really beautiful, especially at sunrise, it was really cool! At night, the atmosphere was also nice, you can enjoy the view while relaxing. The food was also delicious and fresh. The capcay is a must try, my wife and I thought it was the best! ✨ Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay here. If I come to Sembalun again, I will most likely return to HK Villas. 👍

The hotel staff is friendly and responsive, the facilities are complete, and the view is beautiful at sunrise. Yesterday, there was a problem with the Wi-Fi, but thankfully, it was resolved. The only downside was that we couldn't check in to our room on time, probably 30 minutes late because the room was late in being decorated and cleaned. The food tasted average. The road to the place is rocky and sandy, making it a bit dangerous for motorized vehicles due to its slippery condition, so be careful.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Clean pool. Delicious breakfast selection. Beautiful views of the ocean and beach. Awesome.

The room wasn't safe. The polished wooden floor was slippery, so you had to be careful, especially when getting out of the toilet. The stairs were steep, and it was easy to slip. Not recommended for families with small children. Housekeeping was also called to clean the room from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, but no action was taken until we called again, claiming no one was in the room while we were all in the restaurant. Breakfast only served rice, tempeh, fried vegetables, and rice noodles. There was shrimp in Padang sauce, but it only contained corn and scrambled eggs. After eating one side dish, it was immediately finished and not refilled until I complained to the manager. The milk provided was only one 1-liter carton. When I asked for a refill, they brought me the remaining carton from the kitchen, which was enough for just one cup. There was no egg station, and there were no breads either. At lunch, many of the items on the menu were empty. The Wi-Fi password provided was incorrect. We couldn't connect, so we asked someone to type it in, and when we checked, it turned out to be a different password. The water heater is not functioning properly.

Undoubtedly the best place to stay and spend your time in Sembalun. The food is shockingly affordable unlike any tourist place in Lombok!

The view is so beautiful... My suggestion to the manager! Maybe add a small canopy or bamboo curtain in front of the room balcony because the view is nice, but it's a shame that the sun is really hot in the afternoon, even though the balcony is really nice for drinking coffee and reading a book, it's a shame that after 8 o'clock it's already really hot.

The location and view are excellent. The rooms are clean. The service is fast, friendly, and helpful. The cafe menu is lacking; there's no Indomie, even though it's one of the favorites at that location. ☺

The staff is friendly and the cleanliness is also OK, I don't regret staying here yesterday, if I go to Sembalun I will stay here again. Suggestion for the breakfast menu could be better

The fast time is too short.. only about 1 hour.. 07.45 to 09.00 local time. It should be earlier.

Stayed 2 nights in the FM room. Just arrived and couldn't order food because it was fully booked, even though it was still afternoon. So, I ended up ordering food from the restaurant next door. The stairs to the room were very steep and dangerous, even slippery, and I slipped. The room felt hot after 9 am. The hot water was only enough for one person to shower, and the rest had to wait a long time for it to heat up again. If you wanted to eat, you had to go to the restaurant, they couldn't deliver it! And the condition of the room, going up and down to the restaurant was extra effort. If you wanted to eat in the room, there were no tables and chairs, so you had to eat on the floor. There were lots of insects in the room. #theviewisthebest. Incase, it's best to only stay for one night. Thank you, Maman, for being very helpful👍

The room is made of wood and is slippery, so be careful if you bring children. The view is indeed good.
