Great time loved the stay

Room is clean. Breakfast is good. The rooftop restaurant is a nice experience. The staff are nice and helpful. The only thing I want to point it out is the valet parking. It took us too too long time to get our car on the day that we checked out. Other than that, it’s good

Fantastic! Room was large and clean. Beds were so comfy! Breakfast was great.

Great stay in Calgary at the Element. Huge rooms and a great breakfast with lots of options and a fantastic view.

Everything was great, except the parking isn't the best.

Hotel is clean and rooms have a lot of Space. Its nice to have a small kitchen. I didn’t like it’s not clear in the description that parking it’s not included and it’s 35 dollars per day. They were really kind by send me back a couple of things I left at the room

The breakfast was excellent, the room condition was good, and the staff were friendly, but parking was inconvenient, and the carpet cleaning was poor, leaving the soles of my feet black.

I had booked a river view room but the room had no biew

Breakfast has lot of options and gym is nice too the only thing missing is hot tub and a pool.

Room was great! High ceilings even above ground floor rooms. Very clean, modern and bright. The staff were just kinda there. No acknowledgement coming through the lobby. Didn't really feel welcome.

The rooftop bar is excellent

Iliyah from Billing is very helpful and accommodating and the manager from Element Downtown, Gurvinder was considerate enough to let us have a complimentary valet parking as I told them I was not aware that its not yet included on thaw rate as I already prepaid our stay there due to my son’s basketball tournament. We booked on a third party (Expedia). He was kind enough to understand my situation as a mom on a limited budget. Had a wonderful stay. Breakfast is superb!

I’d highly recommend this place, staff was so helpful & nice. The rooms were massive and spotless. Location was perfect & it was super quiet! 10/10
