The hotel is fine for a few days max. It is a little bit away from the center of Cuetzalan, walking back is tough because it is all uphill. The pillows and mattresses could use an upgrade, but overall it was a pleasant stay

El hotel esta tranquilo , habitaciones limpias, como lo menciona en la descripcion esta cerca fel centro de cuetzalan sin embargo aun asi caminas varias calles, si hiciste los tours de caccadas y grutas te dificulta estar caminando al centro, la unica recomendacion es que se pusieran mosquieteros en las ventanas, ya que como es una zona de abundante flora y fauna hay muchos insectos pequeños que pudieran entrar a la habitación y tienes que cerrar las ventanas en epoca de calor no es tan soportable.

Rooms were great. Great view. The Staff, Johny and Monserrat, were awesome. We had a grest stay thanks to them.

The staff was great. The room was nice enough for the price. The owner wae amazing and offered us a room.change closer to the front desk due to my uncle having a knee injury. Whats a great guy. If you have mobility issues this place(actually this town) willl be tough due to the way it is designed. The office is down a few stairs, the its the restaurant and the rooms are further down. The location is a good 10 minute downhill walk to the center of town. The town is beautiful and charming. Overall, geeat experience and will visit again.

Lugar céntrico y cómodo para conocer el centro. Mi único desilusión fue mi habitación. Pues no era la misma de las fotos. Me hospedé ahí solo por las fotos de la habitación. Pero el resto estuvo bien. Muy serviciales.
