I checked into this hotel and found that the room didn't have mineral water. The showerhead had very little water coming out of the bathroom. The toilet flush was broken, preventing us from defecating. The mattress in the room wasn't soft enough and needed to be replaced. I informed the staff about the water not flowing much and the toilet flushing not working, but they just responded indifferently. There was no promptness in providing good service.
