New motel and still developing. Seems well organized with emphasis on ensuring client comfort. Helpful staff and pleasant amenities. Breakfast area spacious and well organized. Like the choice of throw away plates cups an d utensils versus china plates cups and stainless utensils. Good choice of excellent breakfast menu.

Excellent stay for the start to our sled trip. Right next to the trails. Breakfast was great. Hotel is new and clean. We will be back!

We had already been driving for 7 hours and were an hour away from destination when the hotel called to explain they had no room for us despite our calling the hotel that morning to confirm reservation. We refused to accept this news as we already knew there were no other rooms available in Cochrane. I had reserved a room with two beds and was giving a room with one bed - which was a big problem for us! Was on top floor and ceiling showed water damage when we arrived and LEAKED water for the duration of our stay. Very dissappointed as I chose this hotel because it was a newer build.

Nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds, but the pillows werent the best. The breakfast was very basic, a little cold. But the location is easy to find and i would stay again.
