Parts of the hotel I saw were tired, holes in the carpet, poor repairs. My room was clean, the bathroom was not so good - paint flaking off the walls from damp, dead spiders. Didn't expect much for the price I paid, but think I could have paid less. Signs everywhere telling you to pay for parking, so whilst in the carpark before checking in. Entering the hotel there were another 2 signs saying you must pay for parking at the start of your stay, to then be told at the front desk I didn't need to pay - slightly annoying.

Room.was okay bathroom door had dent in like somone has punched it same on wall next to the bed staff were friendily need mordenize the whole hotel like we were in 1950s

Damp smell across the entire building, poor carpet with tears, stains on towels and bed linen, had workers with chainsaws and heavy machinery for tree chopping working though until 4am. No hot water or heating on our 2nd night of stay so slept in clothes and left in the morning without a shower.

All good, I would use again if staying in Mansfield.

The room was clean and it was very quiet

The rooms were large and clean, other than the container of drugs under one of the beds. The Wifi didn't work at all, and the controller for the TVs didn't work either. One of the TVs was stuck with Audio descriptions on, which actually ended up being quite funny. All in all it was much better than we expected it to be for the price. Although the windows are all old single glazing, the rooms were warm and dry. We had a walk to the Red Bar & Grill for food, since the restaurant part of the hotel (the main reason we booked) didn't serve food, and was just being used as a bar instead of as advertised. Not the worst hotel experience Ive had, by far, but also far from the best.

Bad experience in everything

Room seems to be average, TV didn’t work, No bath towels but hand towels. Lucky to have got free parking

No shampoos or hand soap or nothing the room was really cold rips in the curtains

Wouldn’t ever stay there
