Breakfast was very good. Nice room and bedding. Parking was a breeze.

We stayed in room 101 which was a spacious queen room. It was clean, comfortable and bathroom was accessible. Breakfast was cooked to order and was very delicious. Contactless entry and exit saved time.

The room was lovely and serene. We had a very comfortable sitting area. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great!! It is walkable to Queen Street, but it is a stretch. The drive is less than 10 minutes. The complimentary breakfast was excellent!!

We stayed for one evening after attending a concert at Jackson Triggs and it was wonderful! Contact less checkin was easy. The room was lovely, very clean and welcoming. Little touches of lavender and a personalized note upon arrival. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious and the towels were fluffy! The breakfast was delicious. Will most certainly stay here again.

A lovely place to stay. Quiet ,very clean and friendly staff. The breakfast is in a dining room with a delicious free breakfast made to order. 15 minute walk to the historic downtown area. I will definitely stay here again. Can do a wine tour through this hotel. We booked online the Walking Ghost Tour with Daniel the Magician and it’s awesome!

A great spot to rest over or have a stay the region. Well situated by the main road into Niagara on the Lake and a pleasurable 10 minute walk from the 'downtown' area. Terrific breakfast: best bacon and eggs I have had in a long time and friendly helpful staff. We would have stayed longer but all the rooms were booked.

The king room was excellent with a good size sitting area. Custom breakfast hit the mark with many choices.

Very good location for the price. No staff on site as this is a key in hotel, though more like b&b. Breakfast was good. Quick uber ride to several wineries and the main st shops. The negatives were the large window by the bed had a blind on it but no shades. Blazing sunshine very early in the morning caused lost sleep. We’re early risers but not that early. Additionally, the ac unit right by the bed rattled horribly every time it ran, but there was no one on site to move our room, if that was even possible. Wouldn’t stay there again. Stayed several other places over the years and would do something else next time.

Clean room, staff and breakfast

We had a great stay at the Nine Vines, the hotel and our room were spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable and the check in was extremely easy. The breakfast was excellent, very tasty and the staff went over and above to make vegan food for my partner. Would definitely recommend Nine Vines.

Reasonable price with easy access to Downtown NOTL. Staff was so helpful and eager to be so. A hot cooked to order breakfast is a nice touch.

This a boutique hotel with ample parking in front. The front door requires a passcode since the front desk is managed 9 to 5. On arrival, they were very helpful in carrying luggage up to the second floor. The room was more spacious than expected with a large alcove providing extra space for two chairs. Two complimentary water bottles were provided in the fridge. The bedding (king size) was quite comfortable with a nice duvet, and ample pillows. The washroom is fairly plain, with one overhead light, no makeup mirror and a small sink. However, ample towels are provided and the shower / tub was a newish plastic unit. The hotel was recently renovated when acquired by the new owners, and was definitely quite nice. A hot breakfast is included offering eggs made to order. The chef came out afterwards to have a chat. Overall, quite a nice experience.
