If you can get beyond the small room size, this is a great place to stay for Central London attractions. 50 yards from Piccadilly Tube Station - doesn't get much better than that.

very modern clean room, even though it didnt have a window, there was enough space to move around and the light system provided a very cosy environmemt. The staff was friendly and helpfull too.

I had to check in on a monitor which felt low quality , why pay such a high price if there isn’t even a hotel staff to get me my room, also the beds were not comfortable , pillows were not comfortable , sheets were scratchy and the bedding was so thin — very disappointed as to Moxy branches in NYC were better, feel slightly tricked

You can tell the hotel staff has no idea what’s going on. The check in process was a mess. They told us sit and wait and they were just chit chatting around the bar until I went up and asked again about the check in and why it was being stalled. The hotel is in perfect location to everything so from a location standpoint it’s great. The worst thing about this hotel was the noise. You hear your neighbor like they are right next to you in the same room. If you don’t care about the room and you just plan to use it for sleeping I think it’s great!
