The staff were not really friendly, the room was small but still enough for 2 adults.

Pros: - Great Location: Super convenient for getting around since it’s close to two MRT stations (Blue and Green lines). - Food Options: Plenty of spots nearby serving delicious, reasonably priced food that suited our taste. - Smart Room Layout: Although I had mentally prepared myself for a tiny room, it was still a bit of a mild shock at first. However, I was actually quite satisfied with how well-organized and functional the room layout was. Cons: - Inconsistent Housekeeping: During our 5-night stay, I pressed the "make up room" button twice, mostly to empty the trash bin, which is quite small and fills up quickly when traveling with a kid. However, it was only cleaned once. The second time, we left in the morning and came back late at night to find the room completely untouched. - Unprofessional Front Desk: The reception staff were quite aloof and didn't seem very friendly. I didn't expect small talk, but processing my check-in while FaceTime-ing her boyfriend was definitely a bizarre experience :))) - Poor Soundproofing: The soundproofing is very poor. Every early morning I could hear rustling noises from upstairs, and almost every conversation from the neighboring room or the hallway was clearly audible. If you're a light sleeper, definitely bring earplugs. Fortunately, I was so exhausted every day that I still managed to sleep soundly. Overall: Still a good option for the price range, mainly due to its convenience and location.

Old hotel, the carpet in the room is damp, the AC in the room I got seems like it has never been serviced or cleaned.

Location is great, close to MRT stations and lots of food options nearby. Room is small, but still usable. Price is definitely among the cheapest. The negatives: every time I enter the room it smells very damp. Hot water in shower was not hot or even warm, just a choice between cold and slightly less cold.

It's very close to the Bendungan MRT station, and the rooms are quite spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The amenities are complete, the bathrooms are clean, and there's hot water. There are also plenty of dining options nearby.

Hotel is nice but a bit far from the center. You can take the MRT from the hotel.

I recommend staying here for those visiting Singapore. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is aesthetically pleasing and clean.

The staff are mostly Malay and friendly, making it suitable for both Indonesians and Malaysians. It's close to the Bendemeer MRT station, the food court, and the bus stop.

At the price, the room size was alright. A lady and guy staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, the room, to be specific the 2nd-floor room, had a very heavy cigarette smell. As I remembered, I did not book any smoking room. The soundproofing is awful as the room next door had kids crying the whole night, which made our sleep miserable. But you can't expect more for this price.

I found the rooms and hotel location to be good value for the price, but I felt the toilets were quite cramped. However, you get what you pay for, so it's okay.

The room is incredibly small. If you have 2 big trolleys, there is no space to open them, even though we booked a bigger room. No soundproofing at all (for rooms with windows), feels like you sleep with wide open windows at night! The sink was leaking, and we told the receptionist several times but no one came to check it out. So, every day we had to ask the cleaning lady to wipe out all the water from the cabins and floor. Clean and newly renovated bathroom, but the shower has no ventilation. The hotel is old and extremely cramped. There are bags with laundry everywhere in the hallways and no space to walk by.

It was a nice and comfortable place to stay.

Pretty close to Bugis Junction and Chinatown.

The location is near the bus and MRT station.
