The property is located at a good location and there are sufficient amenities. Unfortunately, the WiFi doesn’t work well. The staffs are helpful and easily get towels if I want. The breakfast wasn’t properly served.

What a cracking idea... check in was so quick and easy, as was check out. Breakfast was good. Continental style. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially when one could not work the coffee machine. Recommend all day long and will stay again

It was strange that there was no staff. It would be good for a conference or a big group. We did not see any other guests.

the room was clean it was easy to check in and check out. the shopping mall is really close and also there is a station for easy access in vienna. this hotel was a perfect choice

Good location close to the main road and a big shopping center close by. However it was pretty dirty. I would therefore not recommend it.

„Unabhängig von Hotelkategorie oder Sterneklassifizierung sollte jeder Gast ein sauberes und gepflegtes Zimmer erwarten dürfen. Leider war dies hier überhaupt nicht der Fall. Das Bett wirkte schmuddelig und verschmutzt, die Vorhänge waren nicht sauber und teilweise sogar zerrissen. Auch das Badezimmer machte einen ungepflegten und unsauberen Eindruck. Insgesamt hinterließ die Hygiene im gesamten Zimmer einen sehr bedenklichen Eindruck. So sollte ein Hotelzimmer keinesfalls an Gäste übergeben werden.“

I am a Turkish citizen, we came to Vienna. At the hotel, there is no front desk or reception; there is a smart screen at the entrance. We enter the reservation number and ID, and the room card is issued automatically. It was the first time I had seen this— the technology was really impressive. The room was very neat and very clean, and the cleaning staff were very polite. I’m glad I chose this place. Thank you very much.
