I had a lovely stay at PL Place. It was quiet, relaxing and the staff were so lovely to us and treated us very kindly which we appreciated so much. If you like calm and luxury, this is the place for you. There was a staff member who was so lovely in the day time who helped move our sun beds, umbrella around etc. and a very lovely staff member who worked in the evenings and made sure lighting would be on when we were walking in and out late. The staff at the gate were so lovely. And Also the staff in the reception always asked how we were - these small gestures made such a difference to me. The only two things I can think of which could have been better centre around one thing only - cold drinks. It would have been nice to be offered a complimentary cold drink when we arrived. And it would have been great to have a cold drink/ cold water when seated for breakfast - we typically received room temperature water at breakfast. I would recommend staying here and I would be happy to return.

What a wonderfully calm and relaxing place, with super friendly staff. A really charming hotel.
