A very disappointing first experience. The pool was dirty, the Wi-Fi was down, and the hot water in two bathrooms was also out. As a result, I couldn't shower until I got home, only to clean up. I complained to the staff, but they checked, but it wasn't resolved.

It's not bad, but unfortunately it says there is floating when I get there, but there is no stock. Then when I take a shower in the morning, I don't know if the hot water is working, I've waited almost an hour and still can't. I wanted to go out and look for the staff, but there was no one there, so I just washed my face. But overall it's okay.
