Staff are great friendly and inviting would Stay again.

The key to door never work so ask to ask staff to let us in tv never worked was put in wrong room too small

Good location,but really poor clean in rooms,no Tv

Room was filthy, left over takeaway items from previous people, dirty bed sheets, blood on the runner over the bed which is disgusting dirty bathroom someone’s eye lash stuck to the wall, it says parking available for the hotel which there isn’t had to park 2 streets away, staff were useless, we took photos of the issues to show the staff but they was not interested, we booked a double bed but it was small which is not what was advertised, had to purchase cleaning products to clean the place as the staff was not bothered at all, also check out says 11am but they changed it too 10am with out informing guest even though they have signs saying check out at 11am on the door in the reception , we even said well that sign there says 11 their answer was oh that’s an old sign

Room not cleaned on the three days, no hot water for two days, broken vending machine. No staff no site most of the time. Generally dirty communal areas.

Positive first. Staff were accommodating and polite. Negatives: No remote for the bedroom tv. Cleanliness was poor. No place to stay for a family. More of a place to get your head down. Very loud at night which I know can’t be helped. No hand or body towel for in the bathroom. Freezing cold in the room. You have to turn on a radiator which takes a while to heat up. We stopped for one night and & it was £145. Double bed and single bed. Below average. Quite poor. It is a shame as with a bit of tlc it could be a lot better. Location is good.

Dirty, mo clean towels no hot water

Very basic hotel and quite dated. Close to town centre. No kettle in the room. No hot water. We where only there for 1 night. Staff not around but there is a number to call if needed.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I had booked a large room with a sea view. I was offered a tiny room without a view. Other rooms were offered but none with sea view. I decided to stay elsewhere. Manager confirmed in writing that a refund would be processed but despite chasing Hotels.com and the hotel chain again it never happened. The reception staff were rude and close to useless. Other customers were complaining about promised parking not being available, so not just my opinion I’m sure, but at least they had a room! I cannot say anything positive about this experience and would advise others to think carefully before staying here.

Getting woke up by a car horn and a phone call at 7.30 saying to move my car which was not in the carpark

The balcony smothered in pigeon excrement they were making a nest not been cleaned for some time. Toilettries half used. Lift was turned off at night we wanted to get down from second floor at 9am lift not on was meant to be on at 7am no staff in hotel at all i am disabled had to struggle down with a rollator 2 flights of stairs rang the mobile number for staff they hung up on us and switched mobile off. I found the hotel unhealthy and not disabled friendly at all car park not secure just a concrete area at back of hotel no camera out there

Bed was clean and comfortable ! Thankfully! Room was unclean and gross. I.e. toilet/ sink, cupboards / tea station / skirtings / cushion Dirty and old blood spots on it. Carpets very dirty , etc,. Price for room was good ! If this was all taken care of , prime spot , area excellent. Sad about the cleanliness !

It was not clean also we have ended up with bites all over us because of the bed and it was supper noisey too
