aucun petit déjeuner, aucun savon ni shampoing ni conditionneur dans la douche. Le prix était 2 fois trop cher pour la qualité du motel.

Front of the motel does not look nice, inside is gloomy, wall, curtain and ceiling are not bright, the blanket was dark blue and another one was floral but looks old, literally we had a feeling of bed bug but luckily there were none, bathroom is way smaller than our expectation, I never saw soap dispenser in a motel but this one has two but one wasn't working. I will never recommend it to anyone.

We had a short one night stay at Motel Claude as we traveled out to the East coast. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and let me know everything I needed to know about my room. She helped me in a timely manner. In advance, we requested a pet-friendly room as we were traveling with our two dogs. The room was clean with no evidence of dogs previously being in it, and the air conditioning was working pretty well for the duration of our stay. The room was not modern, but it was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The motel is right next to the highway and we convenient to access. It was pretty quiet and I did not notice much noise from the adjacent highway during the night. Thanks Motel Claude!

It was a weird setup, it was a 1 story which was nice for no noise above you, but lots of road noise. We walked in the front door and were surprised by an unlocked back door leading to a inside hallway with other rooms?????? There was no plugs beside the bed And the old window Shaker air was very loud, although did drown out some road noise. I wonder if they are updating some of the rooms. Like I said ok for a night ,but I wouldn't stay again for the price

Old school motel, but well maintained. Staff on desk was very helpful. Seems overpriced but I could not find anything better. Note construction on highway. If you are going East do not miss Exit 14 or you will have to go 10 km out of your way.

Property was fine. Disappointed the subway was shut down. Kids were looking for a snack.

The room was a good size but weird layout with the bed very close to a wall. Things were clean overall but no toiletries, not even hand soap. On this very hot summer day it was nice and cool in the room. For the price it was fine.

Old and dated buildings...furniture was old...mattress was old spring type...only 4 English channels on TV...no Netflix. Won't stay again

The only thing good was a coffee maker and they allowed dogs.. Upon arrival we found a dirty towel thrown in the corner of the bathroom. One bed appeared very wrinkled and looked as if it was simply made and not changed. There is no shampoo or soap, only a dispenser and it was empty. We had to have the lady come and fill it and take the towel. It sights a full breakfast you can order but there is no restaurant. Inside the manager's office it is very unkept. A freezer jammed with frozen food. For $226.00 added 20 because although it doesn't say it on the website there is an additional charge for your pet in a pet friendly motel, in a room that was also pet friendly. Although she was nice, I was not impressed at all for the money

We chose this hotel as our midway stop on our drive from Ontario to Prince Edward Island, and the main reason we booked it was because it offered anytime check-in. When you’re facing a 12-hour day on the road, you never know what delays you might encounter—traffic, construction, weather, or other unexpected situations. Knowing there was no late check-in cutoff gave us peace of mind and was the deciding factor in choosing this hotel. What we didn’t expect was how wonderful everything else would be. Even though we arrived very late at night, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and friendliness. Check-in was quick and efficient, which was greatly appreciated because we were exhausted and ready to get some sleep. The next morning, we were welcomed by the owners, their children, and even their friendly dogs. It created such a warm, family atmosphere that made us feel more like guests in someone’s home than customers at a hotel. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay with exceptional hospitality and the flexibility of anytime check-in, I would absolutely recommend this hotel. It was the perfect stop on our journey, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
