Ok Nothing to declare about this appartement

Property was very clean, quiet, offered great amenities like laundry, stove, fridge, microwave in room and communal area as well as large communal lounge and dining room. Price was very reasonable. Would book again for sure. Stayed 12/07/2026. Only negative I can think is, for room 207, bed is small for 2 person, a bit hard. No elevator also.

Great bright room with a view of the St Lawrence. Would recommend they put dimmer switches in the room but beyond that - this room can exactly as promised. Would recommend !

Great location, clean, efficient and comfortable rooms with everything you need. Our room came with a balcony, which we took full advantage of. The owner makes himself readily available to his guests if questions arise. Good communication, which is important in this age of AI. Amenities you can take advantage of, as well.

The room that we booked was very small and had a double bed. For two people it was tight however we just stayed one night. I am sure there’s other properties on site that are bigger. Perhaps it was in the listing and I missed it. Based on the photo in the listing, I assumed we would have a water view, but we had a view of the parking lot. Not a big deal since we were there for one night and the primary purpose of booking was to get some sleep and continue our travel. The room is very clean. I would stay at this property again.

Pleasant accommodations.. on the small size, but everything you needed in a nicely thought out compacted room… nice common area to sit and eat and laundry services, a bonus. We would definitely make another stop there, the location was perfect.

Very clean property! Check in was super easy, the property gave very clear instructions. The room is very well equipped with small kitchenette, clean and quite spacious bathroom. The balcony gives breathtaking view! Would definitely stay there again!

Although a little hard to find as Google maps took me to the wrong place if was easy once I found it. Using key pads was easy. The room was bright, well equipped and clean. The bed was comfortable and bathroom facilities were excellent. I would stay there again.

Everything was perfect! My only complaint was the microwave light was extremely bright and lit up the whole room. Had to cover it up with a facecloth.

We have stayed in Rivere de Loup a number of times and this property was very good value. Our only complaint was no light over the bathroom mirror.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par cet établissement. Très propre, au goût du jour, bien aménagé et bien équipé en fait de cuisine, aires communes et +. Belle vue si pas de brouillard. Bref, nous recommandons fortement.

Le cours était un peut difficile à trouver mais l’édifice était très propre et beau.

The lodgings were clean and the location convenient. The room was spare, and could have used a bedside light better than the tiny dim one provided, as an alternative to the bright overhead light. We prefer a facility that has a front office and live person, as we discovered in the evening that the door lock to our room wasn't functioning. Staff were quick to respond about fixing it, when we contacted them the next morning.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Propre, tranquille et pratique. Seul bémol, divan lit peu confortable. Nous y retournerons sûrement.
