Clean room, friendly staff and great value.

Aurburn studio was a okay place to stay for a couple of nights.Although we did find that it wasn't the cleanest that we have stayed at. It was lacking very basic items like only one towel rail come on there's two people staying. no face washer, no tv, no dish cloth, no hand towels, no tea towel. It has a induction cooktop with no pots or pans.the supplied coffee and sugar was about enough for 2 cups total.and no toaster, bed was very average/ hard Took all of the two days to find the remote for the a/c which was hidden behind the curtains/ blinds this place at the time of rewiew was like 6 weeks old, the furnishings are so very cheap

I travel 70% of my time and I can truly say this is one of best properties I have stayed in. I give it 5 stars on all levels.

Staff reception did not listen to me. Was preoccupied. It is a new premises with a few minor issues. We were not informed that an additional deposit was required, no tissues supplied, no milk available. The mattress was exceptional.
