This is not a hotel and the name can be a little bit confusing. It is an apartment building where all the apartments are on short-term location. Well-located and clean, the place is still under construction. They had issues with the AC while I was there but they resolved it the same day.

Good: Fridge, stove top, and stainless steel pots are nice. Washing machine and dryer worked flawlessly. Apartment is nicely sized for solo travel. It was cleaned and set up well when I arrived but there was a distinct layer of dust. The staff was polite when I interacted with them. You can get a near complete dark room with the blinds. Balcony is good for fresh air. Bad: Table and kitchen was a bit small. Air conditioning was broken during my stay in the summer. They gave us a fan but it didn’t do too much. 4th floor room and no elevator made getting up and down hard, especially with luggage. It’s still under construction on the ground floor or is incomplete, and has an intense smell. Overall if they get the AC running it’s a good place.

Logement neuf. L’extérieur n’est pas tout à fait fini. Pas de savon ou shampoing pour la douche. À corriger. Chauffage bloqué à 26 degrés. Merci pour la suggestion de l’hôte de fermer le fusible. Difficultés à trouver le numéro de code, les coordonnées de la personne ressource. Ce sera un très bon qualité/prix compte tenu de l’emplacement, de la facilité à trouver du stationnement une fois ces petits irritants corrigés.

Good 👍. The space was great. The only issue was finding the proper entrance.
