There are currently five Traveloka Reward ranks, which are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, & Diamond.
How can I upgrade my rank?
In order to upgrade, you have to do the required action for each rank, which are:
1. Bronze
Sign up as a Traveloka user
2. Silver
Complete 1 booking
3. Gold
Complete JPY 70,000 worth of bookings
4. Platinum
Complete JPY 200,000 worth of bookings
5. Diamond
Complete JPY 400,000 worth of bookings
When will my bookings be counted as progression?
Your bookings will be counted as progression 3 days after it is completed — for example, after you’ve returned from your trip or checked out of your accommodations.
What happens if I refund/reschedule a booking?
In order for your bookings to be counted as progression, you have to complete it first. So, if you refund a booking, it won’t be counted as progression. However, if you reschedule a booking, it will still be counted as progression as long as you complete the booking.
Can my rank be downgraded?
Yes, you will be downgraded if you didn’t do the required action to maintain your current Rank (e.g. complete jpy 70,000 to remain gold rank) before the rank validity expires.
Why did my rank change/disappear when I logged in to Traveloka App?
Please ensure that you log in with the same email before & after re-logging in, so the account data loaded is correct.
How long is the validity period for my rank?
Rank is valid for one year starting from the date of your rank change.
If I get upgraded/downgraded, can I still use the benefits from my previous rank?
No, you can only use the benefits available in the rank you’re currently in.
Where can I see my Traveloka Reward Rank & progress?
You can see it in Traveloka Reward page, which you can access by tapping the Traveloka Reward widget in the homepage, or tapping the Traveloka Reward banner in My Account menu.
- Traveloka Reward program is eligible for Traveloka registered users only.
- Minimum app version of 3.102 is required to access Traveloka Reward.
- Users can only be registered to Traveloka Reward program in one country.
- Users are not allowed to switch the Traveloka Reward program country selection.
- Traveloka Reward rank is determined based on the total paid amount by users for every transaction.
- Transaction(s) made outside the registered country (based on user country selection settings) will not be eligible for progression.
- Traveloka Reward members will get rewards and perks in each rank, which can be used for transactions in Traveloka and/or partners as stated in each respective rewards/perks details.
- Traveloka reserves all rights to change or adjust the perks of Traveloka Reward program without prior notice.
- Traveloka Reward rewards and perks are not transferable and convertible.
- Referring to Article 9 above, any transfer and/or selling of Traveloka Reward rewards and/or perks from the user to any third party(ies), or vice versa, shall be considered as a breach of this terms and conditions and Traveloka shall not be responsible or liable for any claims, demands, losses, or damages made, claimed, or suffered caused by user's negligence or wilful misconduct.
- Each reward and/or perk has a different validity period and terms & conditions, by using the rewards or perks, users are deemed to have agreed with all the terms & conditions of the relevant rewards and/or perks.
- Some perks and/or rewards might only be available for a limited amount of time, unless stated otherwise.
- Traveloka Reward rank is valid for a year and will be reevaluated based on the total spending made for the past 12 months.
- Traveloka Reward rank evaluation will be done every 12 months after the user gets upgraded to a higher rank.
- Traveloka Reward rank will be downgraded if the total spending does not reach the minimum threshold during the rank evaluation.
- Traveloka Reward members can only access their current rank’s perks and rewards. The previous rank’s perks and rewards will be inaccessible and will not be carried over to the next rank if the relevant Traveloka Reward member(s) is upgraded to a higher rank.
- Traveloka Reward rank upgrade will be reflected for a maximum of 1 x 24 hours after the user meets the total spending requirements/threshold and eligible to move up to the next higher rank.
- Traveloka reserves all rights to change or adjust the rank mechanism, including membership upgrade and downgrade
- Traveloka reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or cancel the Traveloka Reward program at any time and in its sole discretion.
- Traveloka reserves the right to suspend any Reward member if Traveloka determines in its sole discretion that a member has been indicated to have violated these Terms and Conditions.
