Apartment in Boeng Keng Kang Muoy

The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Our first room had some issues but they quickly moved us to another room without any fuss. The second room was great. The breakfast every morning was actually pretty good with a nice selection of choose from. It's in a nice area of the city with many restaurants within a short walk. This is important because tourists are often robbed in some areas. There is a small shop two minutes away that's open 24 hours. I can't stress how much help the staff was. As a foreigner who doesn't speak the language they helped us order cars, food and gave good directions. They also looked out for us and steered us away from a Turk Turk driver who liked to drink a little too much. Protecting my family and I meant a lot to me. I would highly recommend it and would definitely go back there.

The good points:• Strategic location (near Independence Monument) & near a lot of restaurant/Cafe.• Breakfast always give the fres food.• Cleaning service always ask guest for clean the room every day.• They always serve the mineral water every day free. The improvement points:• Please change the manual key room become an automatic/tap cars key room.• Too many stuffs from wooden.• The hot water sometimes takes too long to get shower.• The TV was unable to use since I came

The receptionist is very kind and quick, also helps me a lot, his name is Phuream if I'm not wrong, always smiling when helping me 😁.

The place is nice, quiet and comfortable. The location is very strategic, close to restaurants and minimarkets. The breakfast menu is quite good.

They upgraded my room to a double room, which was nice. The air conditioner works very well--helps with Phnom Penh's extreme humidity. The hotel, a tasteful boutique premise inside of a small alley, has a strategic location, since it's surrounded by stylish boutiques, great restaurants, a barbershop and a laundry service. It is a little far from the Quay or riverside area, but if you want to avoid the tourist crowd, this is where you should stay. The hotel's staff were also extremely helpful and friendly. They helped me arranged a taxi to go to the airport and catch my early morning flight as well.

My stay was comfortable, in a very good hotel, everything was good but room needs a little bit maintenance such as curtain.

The rooms are nice clean. if you are looking for a quiet hotel must stay here. the staff are very helpful and friendly. Delicious food. Has a swimming pool and a very nice view.

If I ever get a chance to come back, I like to stay here again.
