Apartment in Brent

I ordered 5 rooms for 5-7 December 2019. Request a connecting room and all rooms on the same floor level. Orders and vouchers have been issued since November 3, 2019. But during check-in, we are given 5 rooms with different floor levels. There is no choice and opportunity to change rooms. It's terrible, we 5 families in one book are given 5 rooms with different levels and floors from each other.

Have a short night in palmers. the breakfast is great and the sharing bathroom is clean.

The hotel does not provide internet and the place to buy credit is a bit far, it seems like looking for a shop to buy credit in.

ibis wembley is very recommended to be family vacation stay 's choice, it is clean, fast response of check in and check out, the breakfast is amazing but unfortunately we can not eat the pork sausages that they serves everyday, the water was warm, very very recommended for winter family stay, very close to london designer boutique and wembley arena, close to underground and a lot of coffee shop around very very nice
