Apartment in Casablanca

A pleasant stay experience—the room was spacious, comfortable, and soundproof. And the highlight for the kids was definitely the large swimming pool.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the hotels.

the unit has 3 rooms but I am only allowed to use 1 room as according to the person my booking at app is for 1 room (listing doesn’t specify number of room etc). But, I’m allowed to use 2 toilets available in the unit. Later, I found out that the room I am allowed to use comes with leaking aircond, contacted and waited for 30mins before he finally turned-up and suggested to put a pile under the leaking aircond (above the room entrance door). Avoid booking this unit (G-08, Montreal Montana Tower). It is rundown and different from descriptions at web. I felt cheated the moment I step in the unit. Also, they requested for refundable deposit of idr500,000 but no receipt issued to me. Also, requested for copy of my passport (not stated in description). For 3 nights I am paying, I am very much disappointed. The only plus point - apartment is connected to Casablanka Mall, very convenient.

The check in process was not helpful, I thought the transactions in the application were sufficient. Turns out I had to move to the application

We Have No Wifi in this room that 's made us in trouble for staycation while working 😥.

The unit is clean, neat, has a good view, complete eating and cooking equipment, has access to Kasablanka Mall. But only provided 2 bottles of mineral water and the gallon dispenser was empty.
