My stay here was excellent; the room was clean and comfortable. The location is close to the city center and there are plenty of food vendors nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again if I were in Central Jakarta.

This hotel is excellent, perfect for a family vacation. It's very clean. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite tasty and varied. The hotel grounds are secure, and the amenities are complete.

Everything ran smoothly. The booking, check-in, staying, & check-out were smooth. My family & I were really enjoying the room and the facilities provided. Even when the receptionist forgot to give welcome cookies, the CS proactively messaged me through WhatsApp and gave the complimentary right away after I asked for it. Great services.
