It is very clean and nice hotel. Hotel staffs are well trained and friendly to help you. Only a minor issue is the sound proof is not standard enough. You can literally hear what others are talking from next door. .

I asked for a non-smoking room and they gave me a room that smelled like a smoking one. When I told them, they didn't believe me and said it's impossible. I didn't even want to bother explaining to those idiots, so I left that hotel and the reception service was HORRIBLE. I won't ever come back and I will tell all my contacts about how messed up that place is.

pertama, saat check in pintu kamar ga ketutup sempurna, which means ga full ketutup, kok bisa? lalu pagi nya kena ketok pintu dr housekeeping 3x. yg pertama di jam 10 which is masih ada waktu 2 jam buat late check out di jam 12, kedua galama dr jam 10 sekitar 5/10 menit, main masuk pake card room??? untung ada door guard jd kebuka sedikit, yg ke 3, jam 11 kurang masih make sense kok untuk remimder. tolong di perbaiki managementnya, saya ke 3x nginep disini baru 1x kejadian hal spt ini.

So dirty, not manage well interior, terrible smell, purchased for 2 nights, but just stay 1 night only because of dirtiness.

Stay here for 1 night, it's a wonderful place to stay, good food, ambience nice.
