Apartment in Gunung Putri

It's quite suitable for families due to its proximity to the city center. The rooms are comfortable and affordable, yet equipped with a TV, hot water, and air conditioning.

Ini rusunami ya, bukan apartemen. Jadi kotor, berisik & low class level. Kamar mandi tidak bisa dikunci karena memang tdk ada kuncinya, nemu kondom di laci (entah memang sengaja disediakan, atau tertinggal dari tamu sebelumnya tdk dibersihkan kamarnya?) banyak banget tomcat di kamar, padahal di lantai 19 (ini serangga berbahaya kalo kena bisanya bisa melepuh kulit kita, staff & owner jg tdk friendly/solutif saat berinteraksi/dikasi masukan) tp harganya murah banget sih emang, selisih dikit better ke apartemen transpark cibubur aja (saya pindah ke TSM akhirnya sih, sengaja dihangusin semalam saking ga nyaman'nya & berasa ga aman banget di "apartemen" gunung putri)

The bathroom is too dirty to use.

The toilet so dirty then the aircon is not cool. So I can not sleep well. Bad experience.

I regret staying here, the ceiling and walls have lots of water seepage, the sheets are dirty with lots of yellow stains, the towels in the room smell, the lights are dark

I really had no choice but to stay at these rented apartments because they were the closest to where I had to go for a meeting, so I chose one of these rooms. Naturally, you get what you pay. Just dont believe the pictures they advertised here. Bathroom was hideous, the smell seeped into the bedroom. If you bring a car, you'll have to pay for a public parking ticket, 30k/night. If what you seek is comfort, go somewhere else. If your priority is budget, then I would just say good luck!

Overall the room is neat and clean. There is a problem with the wifi not being able to connect and the check out service is slow and cannot be done very early in the morning because the room service only opens at 9 am.

What do you want to share? I have paid but there is no confirmation from the app or the hotel room. I am very disappointed and hope my money will be returned. Thank you.
