For the last five years, I have always stayed at Hotel 101 either in Jakarta, Bandung, or Jogja. It was a pleasant time. However, over time, the quality of cleanliness has been declining. For example, our bed sheet has a stain on it, the towel is getting old and no longer soft, and the bathroom mirror is rusted. Other than that, everything stays the same.

From start to finish, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. One of the most impressive aspects was the incredibly helpful staff. They were always attentive, serving with warm smiles, and highly responsive to all my questions and requests. This outstanding service truly made me feel valued as a guest. When it comes to the food, Hotel Tentrem deserves a huge round of applause! The variety of dishes, from local delicacies to international cuisine, was extensive, and everything tasted exceptionally delicious. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was magnificent, offering such quality and variety that I wished I could try every single item. Furthermore, the hotel's location is remarkably strategic. Hotel Tentrem is conveniently situated close to many attractions and easily accessible from anywhere. This is definitely a big plus for anyone looking to explore the city without any hassle. All in all, I highly recommend Hotel Tentrem to anyone seeking quality accommodation with excellent service, fantastic food, and a prime location. I'll certainly be back!

The staffs are friendly and helpful. Lucky me, get free room upgrade from the hotel. Many varieties of food for breakfast. The location is ok, many street food in this area. Recommended for business trip or holiday.

im very surprised that to get another additional one pillow was charged Rp.10k/nite. it s first time happen to me in hotel. as per my booking i already informed that we are 3persons. and the clothes was yellowish already. the breakfast was so so but staff is ok
