The hotel staff were very friendly, helping with luggage to our room. When we encountered technical issues in the room, they responded quickly and always had a friendly smile. When we needed information, the staff also responded promptly and clearly. Thank you, it was a pleasure to stay here.

Stayed 2 days at Hotel Arjuna, the hotel is comfortable, clean, the staff is also friendly, for a strategic location in the center of Malioboro and economical price. Sometime when I go to Jogja, I will come back to this hotel.

Very clean and comfortable, the location is also strategic, close to the Jogja monument area.

All requests were met, and the staff was friendly, courteous, and incredibly welcoming. The food was varied and, most importantly, delicious.

The receptionist was very friendly, the dining area was clean, the staff were friendly and sociable and the security was proactive in helping guests who were leaving and coming in, offering assistance.
