Apartment in Pasar Jambi

We were told to have food at the in-house restaurant, also we were told it's open 24 hours. When we went to the restaurant we were told the restaurant is blocked and we can't have food there. They took the order and it took more than one hour to deliver the food—that too after repeated phone calls. The food that was delivered was cold, without salt, without spices. Tasteless.

The room was super spacious and comfy, with a nice view of Batanghari River, though a bit blocked since it’s on the 2nd floor. The location is great, very central. But the noise from the restaurant above was quite disturbing, even at 4 AM with furniture being moved. Hot water pressure was also very weak. Overall, good for the room and location, but hope they improve the soundproofing and shower.

Same review as before, no changes on bed sheet daily based, and another thing is the towel doesn't look “white”.

The hotel is good and recommended, with a reasonable price.

AC ga dingin, berbunyi. Terus mati lampu ga ada genset. Pertama x ketemu hotel mati listrik. Lantai licin. Lokasi strategis, cuma kamarnya mengecewakan.

Comfort, as per the pictures, good breakfast.
